FAQ

Do I need to book online?+

Not at all, every session is walk-in, so just turn up and pay at the door. If you'd like a little more reassurance, message 07852 329215 with your name, the session you're coming to and your skate sizes, and we'll pre-book your skates so they're waiting for you.

Do you host private parties?+

We don't host private parties, but big groups are very welcome at our public sessions. If you're a group of more than 12, just ask and we'll set aside a table and a corner of the hall at Tudor Grange, bring your own food and drinks, and please take your rubbish home with you.

How do I get started?+

Come as you are and ask anyone on the team. We all skate here, and teaching is free. We'll help you find your balance, show you how to stop and give you a hand up when you come down.

Do you have safety equipment?+

Yes, every skater gets a free pair of wrist guards. Wrists account for around 90% of the injuries we ever see, so we'd rather nobody rolled without them. Bring your own helmet and knee pads if you have them.

Are there first aiders on site?+

Always. Health and safety comes first, so there's at least one trained first aider at every session who can jump straight in if anyone needs a hand.
